The course focuses on teaching the snatch, clean, and jerk with precision, emphasizing proper technique, safety, and control. Participants are guided through mobility and activation drills to prepare the body for lifting, while learning to minimize injury risk and improve overall movement efficiency. The practical format ensures that every participant gains hands-on experience, personalized feedback, and a deeper understanding of how to perform and integrate Olympic lifts effectively into their training practice. Identify and correct common movement errors
